Gladys Boluda, above with Prime Minister Gordon Brown, is the acting US Chief of Protocol.
Members of the Obama adminstration should look particularly closely – they do not appear to know who she is.
How else to explain how President Obama saw fit to give the Prime Minister a bunch of dvds as his official gift?
And how to otherwise explain the misspelling of Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva’s name?
PS – Please note in the pic above that Gordon Brown has tucked his trouser leg into his sock. And is nowhere near a bicycle. A surer sign of mental distress I do not know.
