   I have to vote the last entry, “Obama talks to McChrystal once in 70 days while SEIU president visits once a week.” That sums up the liberal democratic platform in one sentence.

   Oooh, I skimmed over the final choice and went for “Giving 2 minutes of “shout-outs” before getting to the Fort Hood shooting”, instead.

   That’ll teach me not to read the whole thing properly.

   Still, both are monumentally dumb.

   I picked the McChrystal one as well. Though the shout outs over Ft. Hood was almost a tie for me.

   Then again – can we opt for “all of the above”?

   The man is truly incompetent. It is my fervent hope that he will be a one termer.

   Ladies and gentlemen, in winnowing the myriad of the almost-daily choices down to the final eight, Hot Air has almost trivialized the missteps made by The Supreme Pantload.

   I mean, following Ed Morrisey’s weekly (and daily) selections provided by HA posters reveals a rich tapestry of surprising ineptness by this administration. Each gaffe and stumble is like shining a light on one of those mirrored disco-balls. The resulting mosaic of glints are almost mesmerizing.

   On January 20th of this year, the popular question was whether the POSOTUS would turn out to be another Jimmeh Carter. One can safely say that in less than one year in office, he and the other two of the New Three Stooges have eclipsed those halcyon post-bicentennial days.

   One almost yearns for the relative competence of Carter’s steadfast leadership and statesmanship.

   (..it’s humor, o.k.?)

   I await Ed’s coffee table book, a comprehensive catalog of the 1,461+ flubs this guy will make by the time he leaves the stage in January 2012.

   I went with the lack of contact with McChrystal.

   The ’shout-out’ before commenting on the Ft. Hood murders was a lack of perspective and completely rude, showing once again BarryO’s wonderfulness in himself and that he cares nothing for or about anyone else, especially the Armed Forces.

   The other is about waging WAR…and the lack thereof in BarryO’s mind.

   Glad to see many think like me — I voted for the two minute shout out! That was a slap in the face to the families of those who died at Ft Hood–nothing, absolutely nothing is worse for a sitting president to do.
