Raaaaacist!

I’m fairly (very) obsessed with politics. My wife doesn’t much like my habit of relating pretty much everything to politics, even when we’re talking about something ostensibly unrelated. But I do know when to stop, and even when not to start, some of the time.
So it’s a pity that Jesse Jackson, that race-baiting, hate-mongering relic of a past age, has no such sense of time and place.
It must really suck being him. Jackson interprets everything that doesn’t please him as racist, which is a recipe for a life full of nothing but contempt, bitterness and suspicion. Can he drink milk, even, or does its whiteness offend him? How about white paper – does he insist upon diversity and having a variety of colored paper to use?
Jackson’s view of humanity is a pitiable one. He realizes full well that America has changed, that the somewhat more widespread views of the past are now held by no more than a tiny minority, and he’s aware that this has made him irrelevant. So he has embarked upon a one-man crusade to expose racism where it doesn’t exist, in a futile attempt to rejuvenate himself.
His latest insult to intelligence is his accusation against Rep. Artur Davis (D-Ala.) for voting against the state-rationed healthcare. Summoning up all of his eloquence, Jackson stated that,
We even have blacks voting against the healthcare bill. You can’t vote against healthcare and call yourself a black man.
What the f*ck does that even mean?
Is this like how, according to Charlie Rangel, black people should only vote for other black people?
How the f*ck can you not be black if you vote against healthcare? Is there some worldwide certification of black authenticity of which I’m unaware? Is Frances Rice not black? Is Clifton B not black? Is Joe S. R. not black? And what about the scores of other black conservatives whom the Left-wing and MSM pretend don’t exist?
The last word in this goes to Rep. Davis, who possesses intelligence enough to vote against state healthcare and give a pitch perfect polite smackdown to Jackson:
One of the reasons that I like and admire Rev. Jesse Jackson is that 21 years ago he inspired the idea that a black politician would not be judged simply as a black leader. The best way to honor Rev. Jackson’s legacy is to decline to engage in an argument with him that begins and ends with race.
Nice.

Now you know what it’s like for people like me!
Jesse Jackson had become nothing but an irrelevant race-baiter, so much so that the black community is tired of him and makes fun of him too.
And to answer your rhetorical question, no, they aren’t black. You’d be surprised how many people said that Condoleeza rice and Colin Powell weren’t really black, irrespective of political views. They were Republicans, so they couldn’t be black.

Jesse Jackson – Blacks Genetically Wired To Support Obamacare…
In a startling announcement, the Rev. Jesse Jackson confirmed today that every black man in America is genetically wired to need the healthcare reform being crammed down the throats of Americans and therefore must support it.
He made this little known…

On the subject of political correctness–racism–affirmative action and just plain leftist stupidity–I heard today that Sec. Gates has put Togo West in charge of the Ft. Hood terrorist attack investigation. Togo West has threatened the careers of any white officer in the military who even comes close to an ethnic boot. This guy, who never saw an affirmative action agenda he didn’t like is sure to add racial bias any investigation. There will never be justice done in this case under this administration.
