It’s Not Funny Any More
Barry-worshiping has always been disquieting, to say the least, but it’s now become outright terrifying.
The man has been awarded the Nobel Peace Prize, despite taking office only two weeks before the nomination deadline and despite not achieving one single thing.
Essentially, he’s been rewarded by the global leftocracy for not being George W. Bush.
If the man had any sense of humility, he would refuse this gimmick.
But he won’t.

I seriously couldn’t believe my eyes this morning when I read this. Of course, we really should stop being surprised by who they give this meaningless award to. Didn’t Yasser Arafat win one?

Yep, past “winners” include Al Gore, Mohamed ElBaradei, Jimmy Carter, Kofi Annan and Yasser Arafat.

This one does stretch reality doesn’t it. A scant 12 days after taking office the nominations were closed…and somehow this do nothing America-hater won a peace prize for doing what…
As for not being GWB, I bet to differ. Despite his promises to the contrary, he hasn’t changed much of what GWB put into place. And he’s quickly leaving Afghanistan and our warriors to go to hell and beyond.
Yeah, let’s see what whirled peas looks like when P.BO gets done with it.

I’d like to thank the Nobel Committee for providing me with a great laugh this morning. A touch of the whimsically absurd is just what I needed.
Barry is definitely among his peers with the likes of Carter, Arafat, and Gore as past winners. Imagine the horror of being stuck at a past winner’s get together! Between Gore, Carter and Barry, they would effectively suck all of the oxygen out of the air.

We ought to really relax and milk this for all of the laughs it truly deserves. This will be the gift that keeps on giving, believe me. You know, like the attack of the killer rabbit, the malaise speech, the jogging pratfalls, Billy Beer, the countless SNL skits (back when SNL was funny), or many of the other bumbling hallmarks of the failed Carter Administration.
As Limbaugh said, this clueless sack of crap’s head is now so-o-o-o-o-o-o big that his ears are finally in correct proportion.
Kudos to Madame Opus #6, by the way, who pointed out the gasps of amazement from the in-house crowd when the announcement was made in Oslo(?)
Play the viddy and check out the guy in the back of the announcer who sniggers every time the guy tells the crowd that The Boy King is the choice.

You know, when I heard this I was not surprised. After all, the Nobel committee mostly rewards socialists. There is some beauty to this “honor”. Most Nobel winners go on to wither away without notice. Of course, Al Gore is the exception; while others wither, he expands!! Wouldn’t you have love to have been a fly on the wall in the offices of the Clintons today???

Obama is going to go down as the worst President in US history no matter how hard the media tries to protect him, and people will look back and say “how the hell did he win the noble peace prize?”. Next year they should just award it to Ahmadinejad, Bin Laden or any other “extremist”
