If the problem were only that ObamaCare gets a failing grade.
Now the tax that isn’t really a tax, even though it is, includes another equally disturbing mandate that I’m sure will be explained away as well. Now they want to penalize us with jail time should we not pay the penalty for not purchasing the health insurance that they have no Constitutional authority to require us to purchase to begin with. Is that a mouthful or what?

ithitsthefan- if they mandate that we buy coverage I am all ready for some good ole’ fashioned civil disobedience by refusing to comply or pay any punitive fines for non-compliance.
