Kris – the “imagine if this had been done by us rather than Democrats” game is indeed a never-ending one. They’re allowed to be hypocrites, see?

skiri’ki – exactly. If the Dems would forfeit their own first-rate health-care in exchange for what they’d like to impose on the rest of us, at least we could then take some small consolation from the knowledge that they’d have to suffer under the same system as the rest of us.

Alas, we are ordinary people and they are not.

That’s because in business, the dollar is the bottom line. To make money, you need to be efficient, meet deadlines and have a product that sells. Not so with the government. All they need to do is wave their hand. And since they will not be using the same healthcare as us lowly peasants, then the end result doesn’t really matter much to them.

Did Barry learn no economics at Columbia and Harvard?

We don’t really know what he studied, do we. Since he has steadfastly refused to release his transcripts.

Imagine if GW Bush had refused to do the same thing? The media would have been all over it from the get-go and he would never have made it to the Oval Office.

But Mr. Charisma, Mr. Style-Over-Substance won’t release a thing about his college years – and everyone still thinks he’s the smartest thing out there.
