Long Overdue Link Love
Metaphorical chest-bumps all around to my fellow conservative racists bloggers, to whom I’ve been very, very bad at link-loving recently.
First off, the kingpin of conservatives, one of the leaders of the uprising, The Other McCain.
Followed by what could pass for his sidekick, if only he weren’t from Wisconsin, The TrogloPundit.
Next up is Voyska PVO, a good friend who’s been with me on this site from the start and who’s now got his own site running on all cylinders.
Now for the ever-stylish Paco of the eponymous Paco Enterprises. To paraphrase the (Jack Nicholson) Joker, “Where does he get those wonderful hats?”

Thanks for the plug, the very nice words, and the nudge out of the nest to start my own blog!
I just happened on this It has been a marvelous experience watching J- start out. I stumbled on his blog is a fit of despair over the election of the current Pantload-in-Chief and reveled in the humorous posts and outrageous pictures he Hoovers up to accompany them. Now, J- is in the bigs, posting on Hot Air in the Green Room with the likes of Doc Zero and all that.
A word of advice to those who don’t do their own blog: if you like to write, comment, or just crack wise about the current political scene, then you owe it to yourself to start your own. Folks who have done this already are remarkably helpful and kind and we’d all love to see your handiwork. If you are fed up with the way this gummint is treating you and want to get your frustration out, then this is great therapy — plus, you’ll really frustrate the upcoming troll fest that will surely eventuate before the 2010 elections. If there’s too many of us out there, then these grotty little zit-faced basement dwellers will go crazy with their cut-and-past crapola.
So, y’all come on over to my place; if I could roll out a virtual beer for you, then I would do so. But, for anyone is in SoCal near the OC/L.A. border, the offer is for reals. We’ll have a ball talking politics, M-1s, and ham radio.

My best advice for bloggers: write as often as possible. The more you write, the better you’ll write and the more prolific you become. I write as often as time allows.
Also, carry a wee notepad in your back pocket and when you get an idea, jot it down so you know what to write about later.
And, like J, I rely on my snarky visuals…Iput almost as much effort into the pics as I do the words.
