I’ve been thinking about SS a lot lately, probably because I’ll be eligible to start collecting in 4 years, and I’m wondering if there will be anything to collect. I had an idea: anyone and everyone who has been paying into SS for years and years, but hasn’t started collecting yet, should start a letter writing campaign. Write to the SSA, your reps, senators and the prez, telling them that in light of how unlikely it is that there will be any SS payments in coming years, you are demanding a refund for every dime you paid in, plus compound interest, and you want it NOW. Write frequently. Be aggressive. Be annoying. For myself, that comes to over $64,000 plus interest.

Just wait until inflation hits, too. I remember as a teenager trying to find a job in the ’70s in a town that had 10.5 unemployment rate. People were frustrated, pissed and short on patience. It will be interesting to see what happens as people continue to lose their jobs and homes and the demoCRAPS continue to spend and live large. Yeah. Just wait. The fireworks are gonna be beautiful.

They have always been beyond my means, but I took out a Cadillac Escalade last week for a test drive, just to drive that sucker before they become extinct.

The salesman sat in the back seat describing the car and all its wonderful options. The seats were of particular interest. He explained the seats directed warm air to your butt in the winter and directed cool air to your butt in the summer heat.

I stated the car must be a Republican car.

He asked why I thought it was a republican car and I explained if it were a Democratic car the seats would blow smoke up your ass.

I do think that there are some upper level libs that do plan for the future. They know that their policies will wreck our economy, creating a crisis that will allow them to implement more and more of their socialist agenda.

The greater part of the left are the useful idiots that really believe that these schemes will help.
