A Good, Old-Fashioned Scandal
And by that, I mean that it involves diplomats, sex, alcohol, possibly drugs and, of course, Russia.
James Hudson, a British diplomat in Russia, has resigned after he was filmed having sex with two prostitutes.
There’s nothing like living in the now, eh, James?
Talk about one place where you can pratically guarantee that if you (a) are known to work for a foreign embassy and (b) have a penchant for threesomes with hookers, then you’re going to be (c) given close attention by the state apparatus.
Just for good measure, the original piece in Russia also accused Hudson of gambling (an admittedly kinda lame accusation) and taking drugs during work-hours (there we go, far better!).
Ah, all fun and games for the OGPU NKVD MGB KGB FSB. Although it ventures into the whole let’s-poison-former-KGB-spies-on-foreign-soil territory once in a while, sex scandals are still their bread and butter.
