Playing With The Big Boys Now

Are they leaning in to shake hands, whisper sweet nothings to each other or, ahh, do something a little more personal?

Eh, whatever.  Perhaps Barry was just warning Medvedev that he was going to have to say some strong wrongs, but also reassuring him not to worry, as they’re only words.

Fresh from his failure to display any backbone at all over Venezuela, Iran and Honduras, Obama now seeks to prove his fortitude through telling Russia to respect the borders of Georgia and Ukraine.

Here’s the thing, Barry – for such a demand to have any impact whatsoever, then it must be backed up by credible means.

Which it won’t be.  Because having done nothing while North Korea shoots off missiles like fireworks, colluding with Latin American Marxist dictators over Honduras, declaring Venezuela’s elections to be free and fair, refusing to condemn the regime in Iran and allowing Russia to kick the US out of its only Central Asian airbase in Kyrgyzstan, is not exactly a distinguished track record.

Plus, if Russia didn’t much care about the US response when George W. Bush was in office (who, as we’ve all been indoctrinated to repeat, preferred to bomb his way out of every foreign entanglement), then how are they going to be bothered in the slightest by the whinings of some pacifist neo-socialist?

The answer, of course, is that they won’t be.

PS – What d’you reckon Obama’s favorite stock phrase is?  I’m going with “Let me be clear” which made numerous appearances (again) in his Russki speeches.

Perhaps Barry is giving the impression that he bends over easily to all nations in an effort to get them to show their cards. I’m being optimistic and a bit naive I know. Perhaps ignoring North Korea is best. They flirt dangerously close to starting a war but do not dare cross the line. I do believe they are not that stupid as to call down the thunder of the American military. They can’t be. Barry is viewed as a narcissistic apologist softie worldwide but to engage in Iran and N. Korea, what would that incur? We would have to make parking lots out of both countries because there is no middle ground once that pandora’s box is opened.

He was asking him for a loan…or at least if he’d like to buy the Statue of Liberty…cheap!

Really, doesn’t Obugger strike you as a smarmy used car salesman?

Kelly – welcome! You will not be disappointed. Track-A-Crat is a man, an American-to-be soon I hope, after my own heart. Wish I knew about 20-30 million more like him. At 73 years young — I’ve been around a while. In the Ga. Army National Guard and as a volunteer firefighter, I knew, served with, was awed by and respected many of America’s very best, finest and bravest! They, that experience and training provided a foundation few acquire in a life time – few in Congress have, or ever will –because a price has to be paid. For example, the 56 Signers of the Declaration of Independence, pledged “to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor. With the signing of the Declaration, they conceived a nation whose people would enjoy the blessings of liberty.” Such, sadly, does not exsist in Congress, possibly not in any of the three branches of government today! Yes, I’m old, old fashioned, hard nosed, simple and plain spoken, a proud American who knew and learned a little from some of the best this nation has ever produced — God bless them all. Today’s military members are the only and closest to the subject 56 men, and perhaps our last hope — by their example!

      Welcome Samy!

Barry was out of his depth in Russia and Putin & Co. are just laughing to themselves what a dolt he is to give away the farm, while we get nothing.

And, he insults them to boot. That crack about Alaska. Not a wise thing to do to ex KGB directors who could karate kick his skinny, skank butt back to whatever hole he crawled out of (in kenya).

Everytime he goes abroad he shows what a uncooth, classless twit he is. And don’t even get me started on the wife, ewwwww.
He’ll get along good w/ the Pope, though.
Both leftist, socialist, commies. New World Order, here we come.
