Have Your Own TV Show!

And all you need to do is be offensively liberal and breathtakingly rude!
Like Joy Behar!
The old crone on The View isn’t worth talking about because whenever she laboriously opens her mouth to speak, all she in fact manages to do is make wheezing sounds reminiscent of a death rattle.
Whoopi has proven herself doubly-talented, both for her incredible stupidity and her complete lack of forward-thinking.
Which, the cute conservative aside, leaves us with Joy Behar – allegedly female and certainly moronic.
Her incoherent tirades against anything that’s not liberal/socialist have earned her distinction even among such luminaries as Chris Matthews, Keith Olbermann and Brian Williams.
Which is no mean feat. We’re talking 24/7 relentless and unquestioning devotion to The One, in order to reach the Matthews-Olbermann-Williams pedestal.
So whereas Anne Coulter is attacked with Stalinesque venom, Behar is patted on the head and given her own television show, from which to spew forth her stunning demagoguery.
Our last, best hope: will this one-trick pony find an audience?

..that folks get off on these meopausal old crones is beyond my ken. I remember a Doonesbury cartoon back in my college days — MY COLLEGE DAYS, FER CRISSAKES — in which one of the characters remarked that, despite her age, Bahbwa Waa-waa was do-able.
That, my friend, was in the sixites. I gotta believe that she is now embalmed and they just change the formaldehyde before each show.
except for Hasselbeck, of course, the rest of them are just mindless, hateful, liberal drones spewing their left-wing bile.

even if you hadn’t given her name i would have known you were talking about her based solely on your description.

So, why does Hasselbeck stay? The crones have even been known to insult her personally, haven’t they? I’m pretty sure she doesn’t need the money, and she’s not exactly a publicity hound.
If she sticks it out because she sometimes reaches someone and brings them out of the Dark Side, it’s worth it…an it makes her a much better person than I.

Better than you and me both, KC.
It’s a dirty job, reaching out to misguided liberals, but someone’s gotta do it and I don’t think that my site’s quite the one to softly influence unsure voters…
