Maxim #93
Um.
Got to be careful with this one.
Maxim magazine, for the first time evah, has included the First Lady in its annual top 100 list of “hottest women in the world.” Michelle came in at #93.
Y’know, Michelle ain’t unpretty (is that a word? Is it? I find myself making up words more and more often, for some reason. Guess I must be bored with the quarter million odd words in the English language. But Shakespeare also did it, so I guess it’s ok). More than that, she often looks quite stylish.
But #93? Here’s a short story about that: no.
Once again, businesses are latching onto the royal Obama coattails in the hope of turning a nice, quick profit. This is all that’s keeping newspapers from Death’s cold embrace, so why should more smutty publications not share in the treasure?
Finally, the photo above is genuine. I think. I found it on the internet so… it… must… be… real. Hmm. Well, the suspicion of authenticity is good enough for me.

Sir,
I respectfully disagree with you. Michelle Obama is unpretty. One need only to listen to her harpie shrieking on the various podiums (podiii?) during the campaign, her hectoring of the general populace that we will have to alter our lifestyles and adore her husband like she does, etc.
I’m thinking Aunt Esther (LaWanda Page) in Sanford and Son (not as herself, certainly, but in character) or Ernestine Wade.

I feel terrible for all of the wives out there whose husbands flip through magazines such as Maxim in order to awaken certain… erm… sleeping passions. Perhaps the next effective birth control method can be named #93, in honour of this.

I would be devasted if I found my husband looking through magazines such as Maxim and FHM. Hopefully he doesnt need to!
