Which is yet another inducement for those considering illegal immigration.
This ploy has been successfully insitututed in the UK, where the indigenous population has been completely demoralized and browbeaten into submission. It’s a wonderfully effective way of undermining those sections of society that are likely to tend towards conservatism.
The 19th century saw a similar phenomenon – politicians sought to expand their own support by expanding the electorate. Instant votes or your money back!

Illegal Aliens, Have No Rights… That is how it is and susposed to be be. If that is the case, maybe we should all become Illegal and then, come back to the USA. We would probably get more that way.
