The Real Nostradamus
From the vaults of history, one of the most prescient quotes I’ve ever read. Also one of my favorites, along with this one.
In 1987, Georgi Arbatov, then head of the Moscow-based Institute for the Study of the USA, stated:
“We are going to do the worst thing we possibly can to America — we are going to take away their enemy.”
Given today’s world, can anyone disagree?
If only our current “leaders” were this perceptive.
