Remember This?

President Obama’s address to Congress on February 24, 2009:

“As soon as I took office, I asked this Congress to send me a recovery plan by President’s Day that would put people back to work and put money in their pockets. Not because I believe in bigger government – I don’t.”

So is that why you’re again expanding government, this time by appointing a (no joke) Minister for Culture?

How ever did we survive – much less prosper – without such a groundbreaking appointment before?
