You got it. Judge Hamilton is a former fundraiser for ACORN and former board member of the ACLU. A double-whammy of the worst kind.
Somewhat hilariously, the ABA rated him as “not qualified” when President Clinton nominated him to the district court in 1994.
There’s a whole host of other dodginess regarding Judge Hamiltion over at RBO.
Obviously the perfect man for the job, if you ask me.
