Joe Biden is a benefactor of the Peter Principle which says, “In a Hierarchy Every Person Tends to Rise to His Level of Incompetence.” Joe was barely competent at being a U.S. Senator, but he is utterly incompetent at being Vice President. I long for the days of Richard Cheney.
