As light relief, Charlie Rangel is without peer.
But, try as he might, he is not a comic. He is a politician.
And a very greedy little piggy, as well. Jason Mattera has the down-low on his wealth-accumulation schemes and tax evasion.
And there is, of course, a twist. Rangel is chairman of the House committee responsible for writing and implementing tax measures.
