Many politicians evidently do not believe it, but there is a difference between what the letter of the law allows and what the spirit of the law intends.

So while Adolfo Carrion’s dealings may have been above board (or, on the other hand, may not have been), there is still an aura of suspicion surrounding them, nonetheless.

We haven’t heard the last of this.
